We assess your experience, your goals and your idea. We decide whether to work on your project or on a teaching project suited to the program.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is dedicated to the most important steps of the project and the method.
You keep working on your own, applying what we covered together.
Before the next lesson I review your exercises and we identify problems, mistakes and things to improve.
You can message me between sessions if you have questions or run into difficulties with the assigned work.
The program is adapted to your level and to the project you choose.
During the first session we assess complexity, goals and feasibility together. If the project is a good fit, we use it as the basis of the program. Otherwise we work on a teaching project chosen so you can pick up the method without getting stuck on excessive complexity.

The security part of the program comes from five years of professional experience in penetration testing, security code review and secure coding training.
Along the way you won't only learn how to make the application work. You will also learn to recognize the configurations and choices that should never reach production.
You learn to handle passwords, API keys and environment variables without putting them in public code or in the frontend.
You understand the difference between authentication and authorization, and why a working login does not automatically protect all your data.
You learn to catch some of the most obvious mistakes before making the application available to users.
The program gives you practical foundations in application security, but it does not turn you into a penetration tester and it does not replace a specialist review for critical products.

No. The program is designed above all for people who are not developers. You do need to be willing to understand a few essential concepts and to do the exercises between sessions.
Yes, when the project has a complexity that fits the program. We assess it during the first session. Otherwise we use a teaching project.
It is possible when the goals and the complexity fit the program. Feasibility is assessed at the start.
No. The program is there to give you a method and to reach a realistic result given the complexity of the project and the work you do between sessions.
You can ask for clarifications and support on the exercises and the activities included in the program. It does not replace Luca developing the whole project for you.
Yes. The program includes one year of access to AI Builders Italia.
You will have access to AI Builders Italia to keep learning. Any further one-to-one sessions can be arranged separately.
